Mindfulness Calm - 14minutes

Mindfulness is a key tool in the Cognitive Behaviour Hypnotherapy armoury. With regular practice it brings calm and stillness to  your mind, enabling you to think more clearly and focus sharply whilst calming your system.

 

It doesn't take anything fancy to practice, just a quiet space where you won't be disturbed. After time you will be able to practice the art of mindfulness anytime and anywhere you need to.

Mindfulness isn't a quick fix to all our ails rather it gives our minds respite from the constant whirring of thoughts. This enables us to think with clarity. 

 

Why not give it a try and  experience the benefits of mindfulness, with this gentle exercise. For best results practice daily.
