About Me

So much of what we do in our day to day lives is ruled by our unconsious minds, from the thoughts we think, the food we eat, the clothes we wear to how we respond in a group right down to the partners we choose.  If our thoughts, habits and beliefs are not working for us they are working against us, compelling us to behave in ways that are detrimental to our overall wellbeing from over eating, smoking, negative thinking, procrastination and yes avoiding situations altogether.

We do not need to be held hostage by our minds; our thinking and beliefs can be reconditioned, becoming the servant not the master. Hypnosis when used theraputically (hypnotherapy) is a powerful agent of change leading to  quick, effective and more importantly lasting results.

Through the use of hypnotherapy my passion is helping clients reclaim their lives. I use my skills to help clients develop self esteem, managie anxiety, improve memory and performance, combat fears and phobias, prepare for important events as well as helping get a good nights sleep.

Orignially  I trained as an interior designer and studied for a Masters in Sustainable Design. I went on to teach on the Architecture, Interior & Public Art foundation course at Central St Martins. Later I set up an online home accessories store which I ran for many years. I have experience of working in the corporate world  where I witnessed the effects of stress and anxiety.

Self development  has always been of great importance to me; I was always more interested in how someone felt in a space and the psychological effect it had had on them rather than the aesthetics  of the space. Working with students to help them on their career path gave me a passion for helping people reach their full potential. I know how it feels to not feel good enough and for fear to hold you back.  I also know it’s possible to change. Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy is a powerful and effective tool to create change. Only when we change can our lives change.

I work with people from all different areas, from actors and dancers to bankers (yes even they need help) and publishers to help stop unwanted habits, give more confidence, work on improving performance skills, managing  anxiety issues and to remove fear and phobias.

If you would like to make that all important change or if you would like to know more about how I work, how we can work together, please email or call me for a free no obligation chat to see if Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy can help you make the changes you need.
