It all begins with your initial consultation that lasts around 90mins. Here I will ask you lots of questions about the your issue. We will look at any relevant medical history you might have and will discuss your goal you want to achieve followed by your first hypnotherapy session.
My clients often feel great relief after this first session, they are able to openly and frankly discuss what they want to achieve in a safe, secure, non judgmental environment planting the seeds for success. This session also forms the foundation for the treatment plan I will devise for you so you can achieve your goal.
All subsequent sessions will last upto 60mins
*Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is recognised by The National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) and the British Medical Association (BMA) as an effective therapy.
How many sessions will I need?
That very much depends on you. Typically between three to six sessions is enough to achieve the results you want, one session can be enough for some condition.
Stop Smoking is one session which lasts up to180mins with a top up session if needed. For weight loss the first two sessions are booked for consecutive weeks to build up your momentum. The next session is booked for three weeks after. This gives you time to see results, from there we can see if you need additional sessions.
